Rare Japanese airforce jeep badge
Hens teeth front badge from a Japanese army air force Kurogane Type 95 car, the Japanese equivalent of the American Willy's jeep.

Fewer than 4800 of these cars were made between 1936 and 1944, used by the Japanese army, navy and air force and only 4 are known to still exist.

This came from a car captured at an airfield in Papua new guinea in WW2. the car was used to ferry pilots to their aircraft.

Made of pressed steel, silver soldered, it has been primed to prevent deterioration. very good condition and exceptionally rare.

This is from an Australian army Matilda II tank used in New Guinea in WW2, turret/gunners stick/grip, very rare find.

Queen Elizabeth II's C-47B Dakota cockpit (sold)

This is the nose cockpit section from a C-47B Dakota that was used by the queen on her 1954 Royal tour of Australia.

The aircraft was delivered in 1945 to 36th squadron of the RAAF as A65-123 and was used to transport Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh around the country in 1954.




During this time it was briefly flown by Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (Video of this at top).

It continued in RAAF service until 1968 when it was transferred to the Royal Australian navy and designated N2-123 coded NW for its home base at HMAS Albatros.

After the Navy retired it's Dakotas this aircraft was broken up with only the cockpit being saved. Since then this section has been completely restored to its original condition and has been preserved in storage for over thirty years.

The section is entirely restored and complete down to the pilots head sets.




The section is mounted on a wheeled stand and can be shipped world wide safely via sea freight.





This section is a historic museum piece in excellent condition and ready to display.

The section should fit in a sealed 20ft HC container for shipping.

Avro Lincoln / Lancaster engine mount / QEC
EX-RAAF Avro lincoln engine mount / bearer, for the Rolls Royce Merlin V12 engine.

The mount looks identical to a Lancaster mk iii except it has the addition of an extra reinforcement tube, however it may be the same as late model Lancasters from mk iv and on.

Complete with coolers, induction trunk, spitfire thermostat, one exhaust panel, some outlet panels, cowling panels etc.

This will clean up well and suit display or a test rig running merlin or packard merlin engines for ground runs, very solid frame.
